Check if your motor has been damaged prior to purchasing. The damage rate for this treadmill model can be up to 80%. If the motor has been damaged, you should replace the motor prior to purchasing the control panel. Check the model number of the control board before making a purchase, and it is highly recommended to look up the previous control board.
If you notice a musky smell or a circuit breaker trip when it is running, this means that the motor is damaged as well. Replace the motor and controller together.
The Torque Adjustment Knob is adjustable in the case of motor jerks or Stutters.
MC1648DLS is the only difference between the older and new models. The older model is with the black socket. While the modern model is designed for white sockets, the new model and the older model are not universal! Be sure to mention the model number at the time of purchase.
