The best DeerRun treadmill was made to be used for walking, but does it mean that there’s enough space? It could be. I’m 5’4″ with a decent balance, and I’m using this DeerRun under-desk treadmill when I am at my standing desk. I’ve run on it for hours with no issues. But, I’m not sure I’ve got the complete picture of what people experience. This treadmill isn’t enough for a lot of people.
