However, if you’re in search of something that is easy to use to keep you moving throughout the day, this is a great choice. I’m not a fitness enthusiast; however, I am looking at the prospect of jumping on and doing my exercise each day.
There is a limit on weight to remember too. This model is designed for those who weigh up to 265 pounds. Anyone heavier than that needs an alternative. Because it’s small, those with longer legs/gaits may prefer a bigger treadmill, too.
Overall, however, as a treadmill-loving former user, I’m happy to say that this machine has helped me get up and moving faster than I anticipated.
