An under-desk treadmill to stock under your bed, that is able to handle up to 300 lbs – that’s the A1 Pro. Although you won’t snap me running on this walking treadmill, the 3.72 mph max speed and remote-controlled brushless motor are all I wish to get in some exercise throughout the day.

The 47-inch deck is excellent for all walking strides. No, this WalkingPad does not incline, but the KS Fit app has a friendly tracking system and the capability to fix the treadmill with your mobile phone (if you lose the remote). The full walk-down of the WalkingPad A1 Pro lies down, so keep scrolling.

WalkingPad A1Pro retains the sleek, low-profile design that we loved by the P1, but improves the overall feel by adding a more durable, matte black finish that is resistant to scratches and everyday wear.

This pad folds in half, cutting down its footprint by 50percent when folded flat. If you’re putting it under the sofa, bed, or even a desk, it will fit seamlessly – no lifting or a series of steps.

A1 Pro comes with a front-facing display built in, bigger and more easily read than the one found on the Z1. Your speed, as well as time and distance, are in your view and make it easy to track your performance without stopping or halting your stride.

From a relaxing stroll while you work to a fast stroll during your favorite show, you can alter the speed between 0.5 and 3.75 miles per hour.

The capacity for weight goes up from 220 pounds to 230 pounds, providing more stability and comfort for more users.

Walk, Type, Fold, Repeat/Walkingpad A1 pro

Our expertise is testing and reviewing all types of fitness equipment, including under-desk treadmills. Our squad not only runs on treadmills in our gallery, but we also walk on treadmills at our desks. We have tested a few under-desk treadmills, with many of those models being from WalkingPad A1.

WalkingPad A1 Pro: Set up/Walkingpad A1 pro

Be advised that the WalkingPad A1 Pro comes in a huge and very massive box. A remaining delivery man had to bring it up two flights of steps to my flat, but I truly struggled to ride it, so take that into mind when moving it to your fitting room.

In the box, you get the following:

  • The WalkingPad A1 Pro (folded)
  • Power cord
  • User instructions
  • Remote control
  • Battery for the remote
  • Wrist loop for the remote
  • Allen key
  • Silicone lubricant
WalkingPad A1 Pro: Set up

Ahead of plugging it in, the procedure advises you to unfold the best walking pad treadmill on flat, balanced ground. I have been using it on a flat twist, carpeting on a wooden floor, and that’s worked strongly, but any other material other than massive carpet should be fine.

Once it is flat, you can fix the belt to ensure it’s set, then attach the power and shift it on. I accept the former. Once you are done, quietly switch the walking pad A1 pro off, unplug it, and fold it backward in half for storage.

WalkingPad A1 Pro: Design and features

What sets the WalkingPad A1 Pro aside from other models is the fold-away design. This is especially excellent for use under a desk in compact spaces, as you are not left with a height of track blocking out into your room.

Design and Features of walkingpad A1 pro

When folded, the length of the walking pad A1 pro is the same as when unfolded13cm — which sadly was too big to fit under my roomy sofa, but should be capable under most furniture.

key features of walkingpad A1 pro review

Overall key features/Walkingpad A1 pro

The data display is superb, cycling between distance, speed, time delayed, and step calculation as you walk, so if you have got a object in mind, it is easy to track your progress.

The remote discipline is light, small, and ample to fit into any pocket (but comes with a wrist loop if you choose) and emotional, with plus(+) and minus(-) buttons to fix your speed, a start/stop button, and a status switch button.

Speaking of different modes, on the WalkingPad A1, you can choose between manual, where you determine and fix the speed using the remote, or automatic.

WalkingPad A1 Pro: Performance

For the price, you’d suppose quality performance from the WalkingPad A1 Pro, but it would not surprise me if the folding factor caused some to question the consistency of the product.

WalkingPadA1 pro performance

Walking on this even at high speeds feels similar to any honorable, mid-area portable treadmill. It is not slim or shaky by any means, but of course, you don’t get the full, deep base you get with a costly gym-quality treadmill.

I have found wearing running shoes or just socks is superior, and the anti-fixes tech seems to work as I have never had a collapse while using the walking pad A1.

Dimensions/Storability

The WalkingPad A1 Pro is a small under-desk treadmill. Its dimensions are 56.37” L x 21.5” W x 5” H. This makes it fitting to use under most adjustable desks. In addition to its small, space-saving footprint, we love WalkingPads for their folding decks. The A1 Pro’s deck folds in half, like others from the brand.

When it is folded, you can move the A1 Pro pretty easily. It weighs only 62 lbs, so it is one of the lightest treadmills we have tested. This one is clear to move and plain to use, so it should work strongly in better settings.

Onboard Workouts & Apps

The WalkingPad A1 Pro is smooth by design, but it is consistent to use with the KS Fit App. This is where you can approach different features and fix the treadmill. I’ll get into this in a bit, but first, let’s research out the console.

Console/walking treadmill reviews

The display flashes between displaying your time, distance, speed, steps, and predicted calories. This is the same as the C2 and Redliro 2-In-1, with others.

The only issue with this design is that you all need to assess a replacement remote if you drop it, in order to use the walkingpad A1 Pro. The remote is very simple to use with “+” and “-” buttons for the speed, and a center button to stop and start the belt.

Its deck, motor, and speed do not grant it to be used for jogging and running.

Frame/walking treadmill reviews

The A1 Pro sits straight on the floor and has high-precision IML injection and decoration in the structure. The treadmill itself only weighs 62 lbs. It is equal in width and weight to the C2 and C1 from WalkingPad. It is a little heavier than these treadmills, but only by a few pounds.

Walking on the A1 Pro feels identical to the C1 and C2, too. Even the R2, which is the biggest walking desk treadmill that can handle jogging, only has a 240 lb capacity.

The walkingpad A1 Pro does come in two distinct weight limits, depending on which model you select. They are available in distinct voltages with a 300 lb barrier and a 230 lb barrier.

Motor/walking treadmill reviews

The WalkingPad A1 Pro has a brushless motor that is able to move the belt up to 3.7 mph. 3.7 mph might not show very fast, and on a bigger treadmill, it is only an occasional or maybe quick walking pace for most, but for under a desk, it is excellent.

When using the A1 Pro at our desks, it makes some explosion but it is not excessive. The motor explosion also gets a little intense when you increment the speed, which is normal for most treadmills.

Deck/walking treadmill reviews

The deck is 16.5” wide and 47” long. It is definitely solid and might not be large enough for some people. If you work at a huge desk or have two computer monitors, you might find that walking on the A1 Pro feels a little tight with space.

Deck of walkingpad A1 pro

Our great reviewer is 6’5”, and he’s capable of walking on the walkingpad A1 Pro, too. The height of the deck is enough to contain most walking strides. Also, like other WalkingPad folding Treadmills, the A1 Pro has a manual mode and an automatic mode.

Under-Desk Use/walking treadmill reviews

The WalkingPad A1 Pro performed as normal under our standing desks. We have used a lot of folding treadmills at this mark, so we previously had an opinion of how the A1 Pro would act and work while we are working at our computers. Overall, we are satisfied with this tiny treadmill and think it is ideal for most home and office areas because of its size, weight, and weight limit.

It is the KingSmith WalkingPad A1 Pro is an extremely recommended lightweight, compact, and durable treadmill that folds up for use in home offices with a 136-kg (300 lbs) capacity for weight and a quiet running. It’s ideal for increasing your daily step count when working, despite minor problems with app connectivity or possible noise when running at higher speeds.

The A1 Pro is not a treadmill for running or jogging. It goes up to only 3.72 mph. Its deck is also too short to run on.

The A1 Pro Treadmill is a small and cheap machine. For a budget treadmill, the A1 Pro is made well. It has a condition due to its size, but it backs up both running and walking well. It boasts a 350-lb weight capacity, but I will accept that this treadmill is exceptional for petite users.

Is 30 minutes on a treadmill sufficient to lose weight? Yes—if you do it regularly and watch your diet plan. An energetic 30-minute walk can burn 150–250 calories. That adds up fast when completed daily.

Noise level is a demanding point for the WalkingPad A1 Pro. Although the sounds during walking are tolerable, the fan is certainly loud and can be depressing.

The WalkingPad A1 Pro can be a helpful investment for those searching for a convenient and solid solution to stay alive, especially if integrating workout into a busy timetable is a challenge.

Our A1 pro adopts a brushless motor, which greatly reduces the explosion of the machine and boosts the motor life. The walkingPad A1 pro also boosts the capability of the motor, which can grip up to 105Kg, related to 90 kg for the WalkingPad  A1 Pro, making it the first foldable treadmill for 300lbs.

We also love its removable tablet stand, which allows us to watch our favorite programs while working out. Its compact size makes it ideal to store and optimal for smaller spaces.
Brittany Foxx

It comes pre-assembled and accessible to use right out of the box. When measuring, we found the Walkingpad A1 pro to be acutely quiet—we have even been able to take work calls while taking in our steps.

We appreciate the compact foldable design that makes this machine easy to store. Huge dials make it quite difficult to fold the handrail down, and the belt backing in half.
